Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?

Yes. Every Pressed by Grace balm, lip oil and liner is 100% vegan and never tested on animals. We use no beeswax, lanolin or carmine.

What ingredients do you use?

Our formulas are built on plant butters and oils — shea, cocoa, castor and vitamin E — with cosmetic-grade pigments and fine sugar in the balms. A full ingredient list is printed on every box.

Will the lip oil feel sticky?

No. The lip oils are cushioned and high-shine with a lightweight, non-tacky finish, so your hair won't stick to your lips on a breezy day.

How do I use the lip scrub & balm?

Sweep it over dry lips and gently press your lips together for a few seconds to buff. Wipe away the sugar, and the nourishing balm base stays behind.

How long does a product last?

Unopened, 24 months. Once opened, use within 12 months and keep everything out of direct sunlight and away from heat so the balms don't soften.

Are the products safe for sensitive lips?

They are formulated to be gentle and fragrance-light, but everyone is different. Always patch test first, and stop use if any irritation appears.

How fast do orders ship?

Orders are hand-packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your parcel leaves.

What is your return policy?

For hygiene reasons opened lip products can't be returned. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email me within 14 days with a photo and I'll replace it.
